The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use is to define the terms and conditions under which ServeurListe provides its Services to the User.

The use of at least one of the services offered by ServeurListe by the User implies full and complete acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Use described below. In addition, the User agrees to comply with the rules and regulations governing the sharing spaces between Users within ServeurListe. ServeurListe reserves the right to unilaterally and at any time modify the content of these General Terms and Conditions of Use, so the User is invited to refer to them as often as possible to become aware of any changes. Art-I. AVAILABILITY AND DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES PROVIDED

The Services offered by ServeurListe are accessible free of charge anywhere and to any User with an Internet access. All expenses incurred by the User to access the Services (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at their own expense. These Services are normally accessible at any time (24/7) for the User, however, the access to these Services may be interrupted, suspended or modified without notice for maintenance or for any other reason (ServeurListe will endeavor to communicate the dates and times of the intervention in advance to the Users). ServeurListe is in no way responsible for these interruptions (voluntary or involuntary) and the consequences that may result for the User. Access to the Services is free, open and without obligation to purchase.

However, ServeurListe cannot be held responsible for any omissions, inaccuracies, or deficiencies in the updating of this information, whether caused by itself or by third-party partners who provide this information. All information provided on the website www.serveurliste.com is for indicative purposes only and is subject to change. In addition, the information provided on the website www.serveurliste.com is not exhaustive and is subject to modifications that may have been made since it was put online.

Some services may only be accessible by members who have previously registered and/or authenticated on the website www.serveurliste.com.

Art-II. LIMITATIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY

ServeurListe cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages caused to the User's equipment when accessing ServeurListe's services, resulting either from the use of outdated equipment, equipment containing viruses or from an outdated browser, or from the appearance of a bug or incompatibility. The use of the services is at the User's own risk, particularly with regard to the downloading of data, files or software that could damage the User's equipment accessing ServeurListe's services. ServeurListe cannot be held responsible for any loss of data, viruses, computer bugs, or damage affecting its equipment and/or personal data and/or account data. ServeurListe's services are subject to French law. Interactive spaces are available to the User and ServeurListe reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any Content that would contravene the applicable laws in France. Art-III. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COUNTERFEITING

The user acknowledges that ServeurListe is the sole owner of the intellectual property rights present on all services provided. No provision of these terms and conditions can be interpreted as granting the user a license to the intellectual property rights, which ServeurListe may own or have exclusive rights to exploit. ServeurListe only grants authorization for personal and private viewing of its content, excluding any public viewing or dissemination. Therefore, any unauthorized representation, reproduction, or extraction of ServeurListe's content or any other intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited under penalty of legal action. Violators may face civil and criminal sanctions, including the penalties provided for in Articles L.335.2 and L 343.1 of the Intellectual Property Code.

Art-V. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any dispute related to the use of ServeurListe's services is subject to French law.

The duration of the application of these General Terms and Conditions of Use is indefinite. The contract produces its effects regarding the use from the moment the services are used.

Art-VI. DURATION AND TERMINATION

This contract is concluded for an indefinite period of time from the User's use of the Service. However, it may end in the event of the Services being purchased by a third party or the closure of these same Services.

LEXICON

User: The User is defined as the natural person using the services offered by ServeurListe.
Services: The term "Services" encompasses all services offered by ServeurListe on (website, voice servers (Discord), etc.).
Content: The term "Content" refers to all data (text, images, audio, video, ...) published by ServeurListe and/or present on any of the Services.
